ACTIVITIES RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CLAIMS ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE (CVS)

We will quickly evaluate claims, preparing forms for the Claims Assessment Committee (CVS) and participating as permanent members in the assessment of damages.

Timely examination

Timely examination of the claims for compensation for damages received for a preliminary summary assessment of a medical forensic nature aimed at classifying the damages between those in SIR (self-management) or extra SIR;

Preparation and presentation to the CVS

Preparation and submission to the restricted CVS of an evaluation form concerning “quantum et an” in compliance with a schedule previously agreed and shared due to the urgency of the case;

Participation in CVS

Participation in CVS as a stable component, for damage assessment.

Preparation and administration of training interventions dedicated to the work team or to the maintenance of the Medical Network (Branch Specialists who intervene in Collegiate Consultancy) for alignment with regulations or judgments affecting the world of Claims;

Assistance to the health management

Assistance to the Health Management of the Partner Structure on issues concerning the prevention and management of clinical risk and insurance risk assessments.

Personal liquidators on ECM, ML, MLA topics

Timely analysis of liability (an) and the amount of damage (quantum) to classify claims between SIR and extra SIR. We provide detailed opinions to the Claims Assessment Committee (CVS) and manage individual medico-legal reports, ensuring complete and accurate support.
